The staff was amazing. Our room did not have internet so we could not watch television. However, when I called the front desk the attendant stated that she was unaware of the situation and that she would move us or either reduce our bill to make up for the inconvenience . We chose to stay in the room since we had unloaded everything and it was only for one night. She did reduce our bill which we appreciated. My husband and I would definitely stay again. The location was great! The breakfast area was super! Tinja, the breakfast attendant was amazing! She was very attentive and always kept the needs of the guest at the forefront. She even watched the children. There was some younger children that was going to try to fix their own waffles, but she immediately stopped them to ensure that they had adult supervision. The cleanliness of the breakfast area was superb! Thank you all! There is nothing like having a clean place to lay your head upon taking a break from the road!

Only the internet service, but I believe that it was current out of your hands. Service orders were placed with the internet provider, but they had not shown up and it was a holiday weekend. (Labor Day)

When we checked in the front desk didn't let us know that the TV was not working in most of the rooms. Instead we had to find out once we got to the room. In addition to that the room was obviously not clean most surfaces were sticky, found hair on towels, crumbs on the carpets, and stains on the sofa. This place does not seem to represent the Hilton brand. I was extremely disappointed!!! Please do better.

I didn't like all the broken fixtures. My wife grabbed the bar to open the shower and almost fell. The shower door kept sliding open; it wouldn't close all the way. The base boards in the room one was broken and exposed.
