The carpet in the corridors is very dirty with black stains on it. The elevator was noisy. The build looks like it needs a proper refurbishment. The floor in our room was dirty. The staff would answer questions but was not very keen to help.

I had to keep my medication in there , and it messed up my medication so I had to throw it away cause they wouldn’t fix it for 3 days
