Negatives: Couldn’t get into the 1st room they put me in. Door wouldn’t open. Second room they put me in, they booked someone else and imagine my surprise when they attempted to get into my room. Had it not been for security lock, they would have

Negatives: We came from a long drive from Houston to Alabama got there at 3:00am. We were extremely exhausted when we finally got to the Motel 6 we checked in and the lady at the front desk was so unhappy and rude to us. I will never go there again.

Negatives: First room, they gave me a black mold in it and it Stone. There’s a constant odor when you walk through the hotel and not a good location.

Negatives: The room, bathroom and beds were not clean, it seems it was used and like only the beds were made.

Negatives: Staff at dog friendly facility did not like and were “afraid” of dogs. Room was not cleaned well. Dirty bathroom sink (makeup, toothpaste, whiskers) & soap buildup on sink counter; toilet (hair, dust on toilet tank & seat & base; feces on handle); shower (mold, soap buildup in soap dish; hair & weeds growing in drain; black mold bits built up on shower head); microwave (dirty & smelled of burnt popcorn); layer of dust (in side opening) of night stands. In room telephone not plugged in (cord was plugged into wall, but detached from phone and stuck under the bed frame). Remote for tv was not working. Employee came to room and asked me to come into the hallway (for her comfort). How can you fix the tv remote/ check the tv from the hallway? Finally came in but was so frightened of my very calm dogs, it also made me uncomfortable. Wanted to swim, but after seeing the cleanliness standard for the rooms, decided against it. One of the two lounge chairs was torn up and unusable. When I told the cleaning ladies that the room was dirty, they didn’t want to know what was dirty. I told the manager, Peter, His response was “why didn’t you tell me I could’ve put you in a new room “my response was I had driven for eight hours, at the end of the night when I came in at 10pm, I just wanted to go to bed. Also, what is the point of putting me in a new room when the standard of cleanliness is not up to par… My belief is that the new room would’ve been just as dirty as the current Room. And after driving all day, I don’t wanna be bothered with the hassle.
