Between Tuesday, Nov 26th, 2024 at midnight and Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Thursday, Nov 28th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 28, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: great location , beautiful decor-like an art gallery inside, and in every room. Really light up and strong air conditioning. Pool has soft fake grass and movable chairs. Food was great, a little pricy for amount on plate but as expected for a hotel, great little extra's like water and apples outside the elevator and chocolate milk and home baked cookies at night! Staff chris and female (elouise) during the day were awesome and the valet parking and the cleaners- all the staff were so friendly and helpful with entertainment and food recommendations also.

Negatives: Food pricing at bar restaurant was too high, even with the food being great!
