The front desk staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful.

The room was dirty. It was obvious it hadn't even been vacuumed, there were visible chunks of dirt everywhere. The place is a but rundown. The pool was closed for long-term maintenance, which was very disappointing as we have small children and pool time was part of why we chose this hotel. The breakfast attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was on a phone call on her cell phone the whole 45 minutes my family was at breakfast. I cleaned the highchair and put it up against the wall as she wouldn't get off the phone to tell me where it went. She immediately stomped behind me, grabbed the highchair, and threw it across the room, banging it into other chairs and skidding it across the floor. It was very aggressive and unnecessary. Another guest who was in line getting his breakfast gave me a concerned look and I just walked away rather than start a confrontation with someone who seemed aggressive and agitated. I went to report this to the front desk but no staff were there, so after a minute, I left.

Adequate space for a family...
Positives:
the room was clean. staff were amazing and kind. the breakfast was good- everything was the same except for 2 things everyday. i stayed for half a week and those 2 things would change everyday for example it would be scrambled eggs & biscuits one day, bacon & waffles m another day, etc. they had boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, etc,. the gym was small but was there (treadmill didn’t work). the kitchen had everything you needed but things were smaller like pot & pan. location is GREAT everything is so close by!

i had left the door cracked open and a make employee opener it. i’m not sure why he was planning to come in but i yelled out to leave so that was strange. he & the other male employee apologized and left

The day shift Staff at the front desk was ice cold for some reason as it’s like she just had a very nasty divorce. The door lock of our room was malfunctioning due to a drained battery in the lock. Because of that my wife didn’t go to the breakfast and asked me to grab something for her - someone needs to be IN the room to be able to open the door for me! And the nasty look I got from the kitchen staff as if I was stealing the crappy food they serve. Didn’t get the towels replaced on day 2. Apparently housekeeping is only on call.
