Negatives: Had to pay for parking and food.

Negatives: no cookies were available

Negatives: The staff was rude; sofa bed was all spring and no bed and when asked they stated they don’t even like people sleeping on them but never told us that when they knew that was our plan. The shower sprayed all over the entire bathroom every single use. Housekeeping was on request. We requested 2 times one day and were assured by the manager both times it would be done, it was not. We had trash we wanted removed and soaking wet towels from cleaning up from the malfunctioning shower. The next day we again requested housekeeping and they stripped the bed and never returned to make it or at the very least with new linens. Front desk was less than helpful and we were always told they could not bring anything to our room and we would have to come down for the new bedding and extra towels. So we did go down and then it took an additionally 45 minutes for them to even hand us anything. I paid extra for the terrible breakfast and was argued with about the number of guest they could give us a coupon for. I booked for 4 guest and they tried to only give me 2. The male manager had a smug attitude with every guest and was a liar. The hotel room was very old and not clean at all! My sons feet were black after being on the carpet barefoot for 10 minutes. The ceiling and walls were half white, half yellow spots everywhere and didn’t smell good at all. The bathrooms are small and disgusting with a terrible shower. Not worth the money, run far away from this hotel.

Negatives: Only the bathroom and desk lamp worked. The only electrical receptacle that works is in the bathroom. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Negatives: The corner protector kept falling off the bed.

Negatives: The staff at check-in were unnecessarily rude. When I asked for the total amount before paying with my credit card they told me to check on Booking instead of simply providing the information. I was traveling for work, so I needed to double check and verify my expenses for my company card. After I paid, the staff handed me the room key without mentioning the room number, where the elevators were or whether breakfast was included, and if so, at what time. They also did not inform me that the $23 breakfast was included in my booking and that I was entitled to a coupon for it. Thankfully, during check-out, a much kinder receptionist provided me with this information. I understand that everyone can have a bad day at work, and I truly sympathize, but we all have jobs, and there is no need to take it out on others.

Negatives: The place was dirty and the manager was not engaged with me and the employee

Negatives: The room & bathroom were small. The room was dingy. The fitness center was dingy & there were NO towels in there. I'm not sure if housekeeping came to clean our room or to just get our wet towels. Our room wasn't cleaned, the bed wasn't made, and even though they took our used towels & and rags, they neglected to leave us any rags or towels. I'm totally disappointed with the price I paid. I definitely will not stay there again.

Negatives: Booking charged me and the property did too. I need one of the payments back!

Negatives: I didn’t like the fact nobody reached out to me about someone coming into my room I have a big sign that said “do not disturb” sign on my door with my contact me, my jewelry was stolen, and also someone changed the Door latch Why I wasn’t there. I reached out to the front desk they said they didn’t care at all about my stuff in my privacy. Also, the Manager stated to me that the insurance company would not pay for my items at all he didn’t get back in contact with me at all I had to call him more than one time his name is MR. Mo. I will be suing them.

Negatives: Manager Mohamed Rous did not meet us at check out to reimburse our Uber fairs like he stated he would. I have called the hotel several times left my number as well as emailed him no response.
