Positives: The ambiance was amazing (was there after black Friday, beautiful decor) , the breakfast bar was decent. (French toast sticks would be amazing) Loved the Omelet bar! Room was clean and comfortable. Location is breathtaking so so much history and eateries! Definitely. Would book again.

Negatives: Room couch chair was torn on the upper cushion, room was very warm (however I liked it, spouse didn't like we couldn't control the heat setting but we were able to crack the window) rust along the bottom edge of the shower glass, room needs a coat of paint due to spackle repairs on ceiling fixtures. Hair found in bathroom, hotel hallways had chips sprinkled on the floor (passed by several times) and elevator floors were dirty but had spill signs?

Positives: The staff was amazing.

Negatives: The hotel is advertised as renovated, but it should say renovating. The couch was torn. The room was dusty. The bathroom was half cleaned. The tub was rusty and the shower raggedy. The furniture in the bedroom had old crusted dirty in the crevices. The hotel is way too big to have so few carts.

Negatives: The shower in our room was dirty and needs a good hard cleaning. The nooks and crannys in the shower haven’t been cleaned in awhile. Also, it would be nice to have the bare necessities in the kitchen. Plastic wear, plates and glass mugs.

Positives: I liked how it was clean and inviting.(the staff was nice and friendly).1st time staying there also first time seeing a hotel with the "outdoors room look inside...the complimentary drinks (mixed to perfection)kudos to the bartender

Negatives: Not to much...the safe was broken (didn't need it anyways)..had to wait for towels but it was ok...we was just enjoying ourselves so the time wasn't too long, but need to get a little more attentive on that...the breakfast bacon, grits would have been nice (everybody don't eat link sausage or oatmeal)...

Negatives: At the reception, wrong rate was used, not the rate I booked the rooms for. Person at reception declared, it was the mistake of booking. com. Not at all willing to assist to get the price the room was booked for. Talked to me as a customer with hand in pocket. Refused any assistance. After the issue was solved via booking and also their general manager, the room was charged again to the card used for reservation, again at the wrong price. Wanted to make me pay twice. Still having trouble to get my money back! So, be careful what they charge you and if they charge you twice.
