Positives:
It had hot water. Looks like they were trying to renovate but not all the way complete.
Negatives:
AC was sitting on wood blocks in the room it also leaked so bad half of the room would have water on the floor. Service line phone did not work. Happy of the AC outlets did not work. Neighborhood is not good. People up all night and even fought each other at early hours of the morning. Lastly. The bed had hair in the linens as well as dead bugs.

When we first got to the hotel we were taken to 3 different rooms that were all dirty or have some type of facility issue when we finally got to a decent room the toilet stop working 3 day in.

The unit was fairly quiet, so I slept fine.
Negatives:
The staff gave me a key. I went to the room. There were two guys in bed in the room he gave me. I went back and asked for another room, since he gave me a key for a room that was already rented. He gave me a new key. I went to that room and the key didn't work on the door. I went back and asked for one more key, and he gave me a new room. This key finally worked, but the room didn't look like it had been cleaned very well. There were some dirty socks hanging in the bathroom, and the comforters were dirty.
