The room had a bad smell. Got used to it after a while, but when you first open the door it was bad.

The parking seemed safe, the staff was nice at check in

Immediately upon entering my room I killed 4 very small roach like bugs.
Then 2 more before going to bed. When making coffee there was another in the basket with sugar etc. So I by passed the coffee. With all of the bugs in our room my daughter and I decided to skip the free breakfast downstairs.

I pulled the cover back and the comforter was filty. I called the front desk and he was nice my husband went down and they changed it just for my husband to get back to the room and it was a matrices cover and curtains
