Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Safely is a big issue when finding a place and we felt very safe here. Check out was at 11 and that gave us plenty of time to get going in the morning.

The hallways were hot. Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. Didn't get the room I paid for on booking. Got double charged when I checked out. Booking charged me for the suite I thought I was getting that don't exist at this hotel. Then the clerk at the desk charged my debit card for the hotel stay on my debit card that I did not present at checkout. Will never go to that hotel again.

Sherrylynn was an exceptional "hostess" from the time we checked in to every time she saw us in the lobby. She made sure we got our room cleaned one day and made sure housekeeping brought us fresh towels and took out the trash another day.
Breakfast buffets were filled with a variety of choices.
Negatives:
Fresh fruit in the breakfast buffet was not so fresh.
Housekeeping did not come every day as expected. There was no notice that housekeeping was not provided every day. It took the front desk intervention to get our room cleaned 2 of the three days we were there. One day, no housekeeping was provided.
