Sticky floors in room, leak/crack above shower, not very clean, wet carpets, air conditioning control on wall was broken, could hear tv from other rooms- two rooms were almost $600 which wouldn’t be an issue if it was a good experience.

We were charged $75 for our dog. We barely made a dent in our room. Our dog had no effect on this room and a $75 charge on top of a high priced room is outrageous. I can see if our dog destroyed something in the room...

The girl at the front desk was nice and the bed was surprisingly comfortable.
Negatives:
Well, for starters, the shower wasn’t clean. The tv was on a wall that was perpendicular to the beds so it was difficult to watch tv. The couch appeared to be about 20 years old…it was threadbare and sagged. I didn’t even try to sit on it. The towels and bedspreads were dingy. This room is in bad need of a remodel. The decor didn’t match. The curtain valances, headboards, and couch were all different styles. Lastly, I’m not sure how often they clean the fridge because there was a container of pineapple in there.
