Staff was very friendly and helpful in getting us there when our GPS failed us. The room was very nice and big. Very comfortable beds & pillows. One of the nicer hotels we have stayed in. Breakfast was also very good. Highly recommend!

The bed and pillows werent great.
Also the shower door kept opening up on its own while showering. We tried it in both positions but it would quietly roll back open. I also had a problem getting the air to come back on despite turning the thermostat down.

First time traveling with our animals. Booked Birmingham location on 65, so we thought. We actually accidentally booked Birmingham-Pelham by mistake. We thought they could at least view our pet-friendly reservation. Turns out no and we had our animals pacing the desk during check-in. We left our room clean and only slept there 6 hours. To in turn get a deep cleaning charge of 185.00. We have contacted the hotel multiple times and have received no response from the hotel general manager.
