Found bedbugs at 1130pm at night. Could not be moved until the next day because the hotel was full. I was then put into a room with no microwave. I had to carry all my stuff down stairs because there's no elevator. Very poor experience. Will not be back.

It was located near very many restaurants. The room was very spacious.

The bathroom floor looked very dirty,especially in the corners. Some furnishings are showing a lot of wear and tear and need to be replaced.

Did not honor my request (3 weeks in advance) for a 1st floor room, TV did not work and was not fixed until 2nd night and room floor absolutely filthy!

I had to change rooms twice. The first one was designated as non-smoking but a previous guest had clearly smoked in room. The second room was loud with adjacent guests talking loudly. The man at reception desk was incredibly accommodating.

Water was turned off at 8:30 am. No warning. Also, there was a water leak beneath the floor boards in the bathroom. Musty smell in the room. Otherwise, the room was good. Bedding was good.
