Room was dirty, air conditioner didn't cool very well, sheets had stains, and bathtub stopper broken. When ask for a late check out was given 30 minutes. Change my rate when checking in due to my daughter who was graduating staying with me one night, when said she was only staying with me one night, was told had to charge me for two nights because that was the reservation. Not fair at all.
