Positives: Staff was friendly and pleasant. Accommodating as well.

Negatives: Our sofa bed wasn't attached to the sofa. The bed was hard as a rock. The room also didn't have any overhead lights, so out kitchenette and the rooms were dark. Only lights were the side lamps and daylight. The hallway on the 2nd floor we were on also had carpet replaced that was worn and not tacked down, so my kids fell a few times when they caught the edge.

Positives: The night desk attendant made sure our room was satisfactory. She even came up with us, when the first room was not.
