1. Location of room relative to stairways and parking. 2. Was unable to change to a ground floor room. 3. No breakfast. Coffee only and powdered milk. (YUK) 4. Poor room maintenance. Flooring warped, loose towel bars, loud AC unit.

Felt unsafe. Staff rude. Mold on fridge. Stains on the bathtub. Holes in the wall. Received email stating ground floor would be available. When we arrived took them 15 minutes to find reservation. Pool out of commission and not stayed online.
