Booked a "no smoking" room. It reeked of cigarettes, and there were cigarette burns in carpet, bedspread, sheets, & toilet seat.
Construction crews were staying there & my room was smack dab in the middle of theirs (plenty of empty rooms elsewhere) and I was awakened at 5 a.m. to them all hanging out & loudly talking/smoking outside my room. As a single woman traveller, I did not feel safe with the location of my room.

There was only bread and cereal for breakfast. Orange juice tasted funny. Beds had cigarette burns, hole in wall next to sons pillow that smelled like a dead animal. 2nd shift staff was extremely nice.

While I was taking my shower, I was shampoo my hair, the shower head broke and was not able to get myself rincé off. I was in a hurry for a meeting and she didn’t want to give me an other room. No help at all from that front desk staff
