I didn’t like that my room way set up to be broke into. My room door had scotch tape on the inside on the door so it could be pushed directly open and unable to be locked 100%. I was traveling alone with my 5 years old son. I was terrified to even leave the room once I received our pizza. I removed the take enough to be able to secure my door and lock it. I even moved the furniture in front of the door. The smoke detector was missing with wires hanging out. I informed the desk person KayKay and she just gave me a look of “oh shit you saw it”…no apology no offer to fix the situation. So informed her I would contact corporate regarding this matter. The number listed is not accurate and they are refusing to give me a refund. Booking offered $11 and like I explained to the gentleman that was helping me, “my son and I’s life is not worth $11 ESPECIALLY when I KNOW what is going on nowadays

We loved how close it was the the University of Alabama campus.

There was construction and remodeling going on and it didn’t seem like the cleanest. But we were only there for 2 nights so it was good for what we needed it for.

That they took money before I checked in and then when I checked in they told me even though there was a hold on my account for the amount of my 1 night stay that I would have to take out cash from an atm and pay them because they didn’t see the payment on there end. I showed them my bank statement where they took it out too.
