Positives:
The breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The linens were yellow and had stains. The floors were filthy and sticky. Paint was chipped and facility unkept in general. We rented two rooms, both nasty. We had to get a room change due to thick, wet , peeling caulk being left around toilet. Air conditioners sounded like trains and thermostat in one room didn't work at all.

The parking was easy, they are attentive and kind, and the room was comfortable, clean, and the environmental controls were very efficient. What more can you ask for? The water pressure was exceptional, too.

It was hair on the floor in the bathroom when we first arrived I didn’t say anything because we were exhausted. The lamp shade was stained badly. The chair had a huge rip on it and the chair at the desk was filthy.

Nothing could have been better. You guys were great and the cost was way better than when we stayed at more expensive places and didn’t get the friendliness or cleanliness you guys had. Loved it.

Positives:
Parking, access to interstate and only 10 min into town. The front desk were always friendly and helpful. Every morning Ansila cooked breakfast and chatted with guests. It was great.
Negatives:
Some guests were smoking in their rooms which filtered through the ventilation. However, when we told the front desk they moved us to a different floor.
