Positives: The bed was comfortable but the sheets had burn holes in them

Negatives: The room had a few holes in the walls, the painters dripped paint everywhere. Looked like it was still being redone. The sink was very slow to drain, the hot water took forever to get hot, the sheets had burn holes in them from previous guests & the fridge had a puddle in the bottom of it. No coffee pot or microwave. Walking my dog was a chore because there was a tiny little strip of grass along the parking lot and fire ant hills everywhere. Not that dog friendly in that regard. But it served its purpose

Negatives: Most of the outlets didn't work including all the ones near the restroom. The sheets were very rough and itchy. Floors looked clean until you walked around in socks for 20 minutes and then looked at the bottom of the socks....turned brown.
