It was horrible I got to wait 45 mins to check in with no keys then the fire alarm that can't be shut down two hours later!!!! Horrible then we get another shot at the really pool it don't open till 10

They didnt clean the room. After I was told that they were coming , making time , leaving a comfortable stay. 5 days and they cant clean the room once before the next 5? Terrible service. No towels, out of toilet paper. It is 7:15 in the evening and my room was never touched.

We have stayed here before and really like the rooms and the staff are always friendly and happy to help.
Negatives:
The prices were extortionate for the time of year, same as other Anchorage hotels. The breakfast needs to run longer than 9am as items ran out quickly and people had to make do with mixing what was left - one person could only get eggs and strawberries.
