Rather shabby and small, not really mid-town. At least $14 including tip taxi into town. Only Applebees, IHop and bar and grill within walking distance. Not a real restaurant area in hotel.

In general, I am content with the services provided and have not encountered any significant problems. However, during my recent stay, I was assigned a room on the first floor, which resulted in several instances of homeless individuals and suspicious characters passing by my window. Consequently, I have decided to avoid staying on the first floor in the future to ensure a more peaceful and secure experience.

We were treated very rudely and poorly for asking for blankets and towels. A supposedly supervisor ripped us and told us to leave. She threatened to called the police if we didn’t leave. Told us we were acting like we entitled and 2 years old throwing toilet paper and Kleenex all over. We went to our room to pack and leave and found rolls of toilet paper and Kleenex outside our room in the hall.
Towels and blankets should be placed in a room upon cleaning. Not sure what the issue was but will NEVER stay at a Hyatt property again. Will be contacting corporate when we get home. Horrible way to be treated.

Check-in at the Hyatt was seamless, which is important after a day of travel. The hotel offered a great lobby for relaxing, plus small cubby areas for reading or privacy. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food and cocktail choices, which was very enticing. In the morning, the breakfast area was neat and clean, with offerings such as sausage and eggs, waffles, and fruit and yogurt, plus fresh juices and coffee. It was the experience we were looking for!
Negatives:
I don't believe there was anything about the hotel we didn't like. Our room faced the highway, and our view was the top of the lobby roof. As we were only visiting for one night, it wasn't important and we could have asked for a different view, so this was not considered an issue for us.

Flew in for outpatient surgery, but had to stay local for a few days. My family has stayed here previously and we absolutely love the hotel! The beds are so comfortable (even after surgery)! Rooms super clean, breakfast delicious, my husband said my son enjoyed the pool, and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!!
