Between Thursday, Oct 3rd, 2024 at midnight and Friday, Oct 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Juneau), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Friday, Oct 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Juneau), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 4, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Positives: Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was great.

Negatives: Too many dogs almost seemed like a refuge. Obviously a voucher hotel for Juneaus poor or homeless. It didnt really bother us to much, but it was obvious. The Breakfast on the run was a complete joke!

Positives: Nothing the website and hotel listings were misleading. My room was incorrect (reservation was made for a king but got a queen). The breakfast was just coffee and tea. The room was clean but it didnt have anything extra like a pillow or spare trash bags.

Positives: The staff, although first impression is they are cracked out druggies. Proved to have the best customer service Ive experienced in juneau.

Negatives: Its pretty much a homeless shelter!? Cackling and screaming starts at 7pm and goes till 4am. And it sounds like its happening in every hall way and the lobby! As soon as I walked in I just felt like I had meth bugs crawling on me. And the room reeked

Positives: Proximity to the airport (within walking distance 2-3 minutes) and staff (helpful and courteous).

Negatives: I had an early morning (6:00) flight but could not use the breakfast room because it was not open at that time. Also property was being renovated. Not a problem EXCEPT I was placed in a room that had not been redone. As a result I had a bed that squeaked any time I sat on or turned on it. Nonetheless I was charged full price for the room. I have stayed at this property many times before, but the experience this time was not up to par. I frequently have guests in town, and this is my go-to place for them. I'm not sure (based on my experience this time) that I will be doing that in the future.

Positives: Was comfortable, very close to the airport. Literally, the best choice to catch an early flight as the terminal is within walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast just had Snacker bars and coffee as I had to leave early.

Negatives: Maybe because it's in Alaska, I would prefer a carpet as the floor was a bit cold to get out of bed.

Positives: The best part of this hotel was the helpfulness of the staff whenever we needed something and the location was optimally located near the airport and other places we visited frequently. The free breakfast was also a great amenity which met our needs.

Negatives: I did not like that our upstairs neighbors nearly every night were noisy and caused us to wake up in the middle of the night. It was unfortunate that the swimming pool was closed throughout our stay - this was not a plus for us.
