Negatives: We were booked on the 4th floor and I had my 3yr old granddaughter with me for dinner and a swim. We had just checked in went up to our room and started settling in. We got a knock on the door. A staff member stated they got a noise complaint and wanted to know if we were having a party or being loud. I opened the door and said no it’s just me and granddaughter. She is 3yrs old. I reassured the staff we weren’t having a party lol. My daughter, her boyfriend, and my 12yr old nephew came up and brought some food to our room. We had started getting ready to eat when we got a phone call from the desk stating they got a noise complaint again regarding us being loud. I just stated okay and hung up. I sat down to eat and got another knock on the door. By that time I was annoyed I invited the staff member in to show him no wild party was going on. We have only been here less than two hours and have been bugged 3 times. We were informed that a man who stays below us and works nights was the one who was complaining. I work 3 12hr night shifts and Im able to live a normal life so why can’t he. Why have him on the 3rd floor. He should maybe move to a day shift or maybe move up to the 4th floor so he doesn’t have to complain about ppl above him or maybe get a house of his own or an apartment and not live at a hotel. I ask them to figure out what tondo cause Im not gonna get anymore complaining. Im here to enjoy my time. I don’t care about this man working night shift or anything. I paid for room just like everyone else who was staying there. I deserve good customer service too. I will never stay there again.

Negatives: The room we had appeared to be clean. Initially the true nature of the uncleanness was not apparent because we did not stay in the room until the late evening. It was at that time that we became aware of the smell of urine around the bed.

Negatives: Way to close to major west east interstate. Heard traffic the whole time in room.
