Room was a fresh re-model and was quite clean, however there were loose and broken floor tiles in front of the bath-tub and toilette. Did not matter since we slept good and the bed was comfortable and clean.

Dean was very accommodating when I requested another room due to the refrigerator making a rather loud and irritating noise.
The furnishings were very good and the bed was comfortable! The room was clean and smelled good. I can't say the same for the hallway!
Liked the fact that Waffle House (24 hrs) was just a short walk across the parking lot to satisfy the desire for a late meal!

The smell in the first floor hallway was badd!
The parking lot could be better lit.

The man at the front desk was very helpful when I inquired on the missing coffee maker and chair. He did supply me with a coffee maker and supplies.
Negatives:
What happened to the disappearing chair and coffee maker? I have stayed here multiple times previously, and was really surprised with the missing stuff in the room. The empty space from the chair is a definite negative. The chair was useful. I shouldn't have to ask for a coffee maker either. These were standard before, now no more?
I will consider elsewhere in the future, I am sad to say as I really like the location of this hotel.
You are supposed to IMPROVE properties....not dismantle them for the customer.
