upon arrival police were being called. woman was being hit in the parking in the lot. Hotel was being painted. no where to park. (over spray)clerk ignored us while on phone with police. no other clerk to help. clerk stated "its always something here". Our refrigerator had no knob to up the temp. Employee came to look at the fridge, stated "its on." Our food spoiled, Lobby area had heavy pot smell that hit you in the face upon arrival. Sheets were not changed, Beds sloppily re made.
