It wasn't a terrible location. Place is really run down.
Negatives:
Pretty much everything was not up to par. No microwave in room. Had to go to the moon to get to my room from the elevators. Hotel needs update. MICROWAVE NON EXISTENT IN ROOMS NOW!

Negatives:
No USB chargers. Wall outlets near the bed did not work. Bathroom was like a budget motel bathroom. Did not live up to Marriott expectations.
Positives:
The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodated our needs. Hotel employee went out of her way to assist with a car issue we had. Also, the security officer on the first night of our stay went outside his job duties to help!
