Positives: The king room was a great size. Breakfast was fine. Coffee always available. It was nice they had a water fountain with a filtered water bottle filler. TV in room was just right size and good option of channels. The towels were of high quality.
Negatives: I had hoped yogurt was available everyday and bacon at least one of the four days. I had the room next to the janitors closet, and it kept sounding like someone was banging the wall early in the morning. The pool was very cloudy and unappealing.

Negatives: Breakfast was very mediocre (quality and variety of items). Shower drain kept closing, filling the tub with water. And the shower water know, which turns the shower on, only went up part way so most of the water just went down the drain.

Positives: The staff was very friendly and mostly helpful when asking what to do in the area and recommendations for great sights. The breakfast was nice with lots of options of both hot and cold meals.
Negatives: Our room. The blackout shade on the window was broken and wouldn't go down. The tub stopper was broken completely off and bare plumbing was exposed. The sink in the bathroom had a very small faucet that flooded the counter when turned on.

Negatives: One key problem was that we had reserved a king room in advance, but were told when we arrived that they had been oversold, And we were provided only a two-double room. What is the purpose of a reservation if not to hold a room? Very disappointing. Also, The room was missing key items expected in a hotel room, including a hairdryer; drinking glasses; and a shower cap. The hotel staff appeared mildly interested in our concerns, but not particularly apologetic or willing to extend themselves.
