The room was priced for a higher end but ended up being a motel 6, holes in walls of balcony, stains on bathroom walls just not what I know to be Hilton or at least hope.

Breakfast was overpriced and undercooked, but staff was amazing. Starbucks coffee machine couldn’t make a black coffee, but, again, staff was great.

Entire bathroom smelled like mold bc of shower curtain. We did not shower there.

My AC was not working properly so I contacted the front desk. A service technician was at my room within 5 minutes. I was told that it would take him 20 min. to fix and was offered a different room. I declined a different room within 15 minutes my AC was working properly. I would definitely stay here again.

THe room was great. bed very comfortable the staff was awsome
Negatives:
i understand that they allow dog but... Friday night on 4th floor, someone had left a dog in room alone, yes it cried a lot I wish they had a quiet time in hallways at night... OMG door slamming till 230am I did plan to use the pool but... I didn't feel like walking all across front deck to get to pool area- bad location went to bar Saturday night around 800pm.... the poor guy was by himself trying to work bar- restaurant order and room service... he did good but very under staff
