No milk for cereal etc at breakfast 2 days - ran out of other items too. They could have sent staff to a nearby grocery but did not; they said they’d get delivery later in the week. Housekeeping only every other day, but we weren’t told on check in.

Darkening shade was broken in a down position and could not be fixed. Made the room very dark and it was hard to fold aside.
