Negatives: The air conditioner in the 2 bedroom suite was just OK. In the mid afternoon heat, the air condition could not cool the room. It was hot and stuffy in the bedrooms. One room had a portable air conditioner. The other room air conditioner was very loud. The temperature during the day in the room was in the 80's even if the air condition was full blast. Also the curtains in one of the room was torn and tattered with holes in it. I would not expect that from a Hilton brand hotel.

Negatives: no working air conditioning and we’re in Arizona in June

Negatives: Well. I accidentally dropped a piece of paper behind the nightstand. When I went to retrieve it, I found alot of things other guest have left behind. Straws, a lotion bottle, hair ties etc. The staff should take a look behind furniture when cleaning.

Negatives: The property was excellent. Only complaint was that while my room was almost directly above the check-in desk, I had to walk with all my luggage down a hall and all the way down another to the elevator and then back down the entire 3rd level hall to my room. Way the hell too much walking after a long day driving.

Negatives: The room, while clean, seemed slightly run down and the breakfast was disappointing. Linens were rough and the whole hotel had a musty smell and the stairwell was border line stinky.

Negatives: Pool area was not properly lit. Hot tub was so cloudy you could not see the floor (too dirty)

Negatives: Coffee and too little choices

Negatives: The room was dusty with previous guests' hair in the bathroom, on the lampshades. I was given a yellow stained comforter and the mattress itself was stained all over with a poorly fitting mattress cover. Most of the pillows did not have a zipped cover over them, only the top case. The air conditioning fan cannot be adjusted so it is full blast or nothing, very loud and caused significant congestion and poor sleep. There was food spatter on the kitchenette walls and food particles in the silverware tray. There were stains on the bathroom ceiling not from water. The beige ottoman was stained all over. It was the dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in and was highly disappointed. I chose this hotel over the last one I stayed in in the same area because it was walking distance to my location of work that week. The staff was all very nice especially the woman who attended to breakfast.

Negatives: We were disappointed in the breakfast each morning. Some items were room temperature/cold that should have been warm or hot, such as the eggs. Oatmeal was old and crusty. Items such as cream cheese and butter were now being served in open jars instead of individual packets. What I witnessed from guests made this type of serving unsanitary. The meat choices were not appealing and very cheap, such as chorizo, instead of bacon or sausage as in the past.

Negatives: I made the check in at march 7th, and the check out at march 10th. It charge my card in the check in. Also charge a $50 dolars for unforseen. In the check out it charged the card again. Duplicate the payment and do not return the $50.00 My confirmation number 83681951

Negatives: I didn’t have breakfast but my daughter went with her friend and said the eggs were gross and the apples were almost rotten.

Negatives: I didn't like that I didn't have time to get into the pool lol
