About This Property

Located 30 minutes from downtown Phenix, Arizona and 15 minutes from Firebird International Speedway, this hotel features an outdoor pool and a hot tub. Free WiFi is offered. Hyatt Place Phenix Chandler - Fashion Center offers suites equipped with a cable TV and a refrigerator. A work desk and sofa bed are also provided. A fitness center and a business center are located on site. Free parking is available. Chandler Fashion Center is a 5-minutes' walk from the property. Phenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 30-minute drive from the hotel. In pursuit of maintaining our high standards, we will be undergoing renovations throughout our common areas starting November 1st, 2022 with anticipation of completion of January 7th, 2023. Work will be performed weekdays from 9am-5pm, with limited disruption to our amenities offered.

Good news! Before Saturday, Jun 15th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Saturday, Jun 15th, 2024 at midnight and Tuesday, Jun 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Tuesday, Jun 18th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Jun 18, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 3 days prior to the arrival date will incur the first night's charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a charge of 100% of the booking value (Hotel policy).

Positives: Location was very accessible to the freeway, the mall, places to eat, and of course Dutch Bros. Breakfast was so filling and yummy, I wish there was a pancake/french toast/or a waffle station, but overall breakfast was delicious!

Negatives: The pool landscape is outdated and quite small. There also were dirty towels and trash around the pool next to the chairs, shame on those guests who stayed and did not clean after themselves. The hallways give off Titanic vibes.
