Negatives: The staff

Negatives: Heavy dust on window. No sponge or soap to do dishes. A little old.

Negatives: The air conditioner was so loud we could barely hear the TV when it was on.

Negatives: When we first checked in the guy at the counter didn’t know very much and double Charged my room burning the money back

Negatives: We could hear people above us, which made it difficult to sleep. Pool and hot tub closed too early.

Negatives: Hidden charges like $15 per night for parking. The rooms are fairly clean but getting a little run down. Smudges on the walls, apparent blood stains on curtains, etc. Non-working phone and remote. The bedroom is very tight, there is barely enough room to walk around the bed.

Negatives: Old rooms not worth the cost. 1st room had a water leak while we were not there. Busted by workers. No phone call or warning when we returned. Went into room carpet soaked fire alarm pulled off and left on bed with dirt. Sprinklers missing molding. Maintenance said he told desk we did not need to move. Smell of glue and wet floors we asked to move. New room holes in carpet right in front of sofa, sink clogged, furniture stained and torn. Floor stained pink. $900 dollars for 3 days us quite a bit for a room this worn and old. I am not happy with the quality of this room at all for what I paid. Pool gate was busted had to stand on a chair to get in. Hot tub was hot but jets did not work.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Bathroom needs a serious update. The tub is extremely shallow and the bathroom sink drained very slowly. Living area seating was not very comfortable.
