The pool was dirty, the room was cleaned but still found hair in the shower and some dusty/dirty spots....I wipe my surface down and lysol the room everywhere I stay so it wasn't a big deal. But some people might not like it lol

1. Front desk staff did know which room to give me she sent me to the third floor and then had to come back all the way down My husband was pushing the bellhopper Dolly with other luggage and it's hard to push it through the property because majority of it was carpet because they were washing the carpets on the third floor then she saw my dogs and decided that she needed to charge me the pet fee when I made my reservation I had put that I had two pets that were kennel trained we were not able to have breakfast because you're supposed to click on that you wanted to $10 breakfast while you made the reservation not at the property we stayed for two nights and housekeeping never went to remake my bed or take out my trash in the two nights we had trash piling I was also traveling with another party and the front desk insisted on giving me the room that was a two queen beds and mine was a king I told her I had another another party traveling and they were going to be here later
