I booked a room for 2 adults. My wife and I. My wife’s key didn’t work. She went to the front desk. The Filipina lady didn’t let her in the room. She was screaming at my wife saying you are trespassing. It could have been easily resolved if the hotel called my phone or asked my wife for her IF. She did neither. My wife said my husband will call you. She PURPOSELY didn’t answer the phone after I tried to call for an hour. The police came and helped my wife load up everything out of the room. My wife is 70 years old and just got out of surgery. This is ELDER ABUSE at its worst. She sent my wife out in a 115 degree temperature. The lady REFUSED to give my wife the name of her supervisor or manager. I have a legal plan from my employer. I will talk to an attorney about this. We should be COMPENSATED big time! Also, please take the night of August 4 2024 off my bill. I will put this place on blast with social media including Google, and Yelp reviews and on Facebook.

Location was great, staff very friendly and helpful, no issues changing rooms.
Negatives:
First room had sticky floors, stuff behind the toilet, had a weird funky smell, coffee pot was nasty a dusty, chocolate on the dresser, bed cover had something smeared on it.
Breakfast was a bottle of water, and a pack of 2 little muffins.

The AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable
Negatives:
The TV remote didn't work, you had to manually change the channels even doing that I was only able to get a few channels. I gave-up and watched stuff on my phone. The room wasn't clean and in disrepair. Breakfast was a brown paper bag with a muffin, yogurt and a bottle of water.
