Yes there was. I went to get breakfast the board posted 7AM-9AM. I went to get breakfast at 8:40AM and the door was locked. They had closed before 9AM. I mentioned to the hotel clerk at the front desk. She shrugged her shoulder. She did not say a word.

Horrible, first room TV didn't work, quarter roll of toilet paper. Two hours later moved to another room, again tv didn't work. They came up and fixed it. Found one dead bug on floor. Not even any apology. Worst stay ever.

YES. This hotel is very run-down. I did not feel safe there. Its a real fixer-upper and I would avoid staying there if at all possible. I felt it was way overpriced for what I got. This hotel should be more in the $--- per night range.

Back door was broken, Did not feel safe as we were located near it. Cleanliness was debatable, who sets the standard? Lamp shade was broken, wifi for TV was sketchy, plug in the tub was gone, toilet moved when you say on it. Sheets kept coming off.

No prior notice of $150 security deposit rude hotel staff behind desk floor was dirty 1 and only lamp in room was broken. Front desk gave us a reading lamp sliding glass door broken. Tape over crack.

Rooms in need of repair, not clean, refusal to change the bedding - must do it yourself, mattress stained, holes in bed cover, some of staff rude and negative, refusal for clean towels unless the dirty ones are turned in first, junk around parking.

Had some issues with the rooms that were out of my control as a customer and this hotel was not willing to refund my full hotel stay.
