Ashley at the front desk tried her best to make this experience comfortable but a lot of it was out of her control.
Negatives:
There were stains everywhere... a huge brown stain on the white shower curtain, mold stains on the comforters, soap cum stains all over the shower, red stains on the ceiling.. the window in our room was cracked in half. There is a hot tub advertised on the website, and it doesn't work and hasn't worked for a while. The pool has disgusting things floating at the bottom. The gym was filthy and missing ninety percent of the weights. The breakfast tasted fake. The coffee pot was missing parts in our room and the lady never came to fix it. The TV didn't work until Ashley came to fix it but the other staff said they would come fix it and just ignored us.

The hotel was clean, the staff was amazing, they genuinely cared about you and why you were there and that you made the most of your time in Phoenix. Housekeeping was on the call every morning and was very kind, the breakfast was awesome. So many choices everyday!!

The location was close to lots of good restaurants. It is close to the highway so it is very easy to go out exploring.
Negatives:
Older property that is in the midst of a renovation. Plumbing issues caused me to change rooms part way through my stay.

Beds are soft. Staff was as helpful as they could be

Dirty floors, hotel reeked of marijuana, loud obnoxious guests making noise at 3 AM. People doing drugs in the parking lot, toilet broke and flooded bathroom, swimming pool dirty and wasn’t cleaned once, hot tub broken and dirty. Sketchy behavior and drug use by other guests.
