Positives:
Clean and comfortable rooms with lots of parking and really friendly guests and staff. Safe and convenient for a one night stop on our interstate move. Plenty of room to set up our baby’s travel crib in the room. We were happy to be able to have easy parking for our truck and trailer we were towing.
Negatives:
Looks a bit tired with a broken sign when pulling up. Breakfast left something to be desired.

Perfect safe and clean place...

The check-in was smooth and the parking was close to the rooms
Negatives:
The hot water stopped mid shower and turned ice cold. The walls are paper thin to the point where you can hear everything someone is saying in the room next door if they are a louder person. The continental breakfast is nonexistent; they had a handful of yogurts and bananas that the person at the desk would consistently refill instead of putting them all out at once because they were the only things that looked edible, stale cereal and bread, and hard boiled eggs that looked like they have been there for a few days. Also, for that price this place is definitely not worth it.

Loads of parking space. It has laundry facilities as well.

Little bit far for restaurants , but still only 5 - 10 minute drive. ( great Mexican 10 minute walk).

Convenient if you are just passing by. Clean and friendly stuff.
Negatives:
Its right on the main road + there is a railway parallel to this road so it gets very noisy. Its a classical motel made out of containers so the noise isolation is not good. The room was not furnished with the same materials as on the pictures (bed was mettalic/wooden - more outdated). For the foreigners doing the roadtrip like us, i would suggest to rather stay in the center of Flagstaff, where there is many restaurants and bars, no noisy road and the price is the same.
