Negatives:
The pet policy said we accepts pets but at check in they revise that to only accepting dogs. The desk was unattended when we arrived so we only found out that we couldn’t check in with our cat once we had fully unloaded the car and waited a further 10 minutes.

The location of this hotel is excellent, you are close to Walmart and many restaurants. It’s a nice, quiet area and feels safe. It’s only an hour and a half from the Grand Canyon so it’s a good option if you are considering visiting. I chose the cheapest room and it was quite comfortable and spacious. Smart tv, fridge, sink, microwave. exceptional cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the fireplace area is beautiful. I love it!

You can hear everything, the walls are quite thin.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Animals are allowed, which is fine for us. Sometimes you can hear them. Breakfast was great- staff was friendly especially Violet in the breakfast area. She is such a hard worker! Close to NAU. Great stay.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels. The shower was hot and water pressure good. Beds comfortable. Nice breakfast, plenty of choices. Fireplace in the dining area was very welcome, as were the large windows. Bonnie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
