Best hotel for the price I've ever seen. Clean, nicely furnished and decorated. Room heating/cooling system was quickly responsive. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Breakfast was great. Fireplace was a bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Nothing negative to say. The luggage carts sure do a number on the hallway walls. I feel bad for the maintenance person but you can tell they keep up with repairs.

The staff, cleanliness, dogs are welcomed and the breakfast they served. They also have a common room that is so cozy and relaxing. This is our 2nd stay in this hotel. Every time Im in Flagstaff Im going to stay there.

Beautiful decor in lobby and breakfast/seating area. Gas fire was a nice touch. Rustic feel with great art work and comfortable furniture. Staff at desk very welcoming and helpful. Warm cookies each afternoon and good breakfast with variety.
Well designed room with sofa as a plus. Nice fitness room.
Towels were soft and big.

Lights in guest room need to be brighter!
