Having to pay (forgot dollar amount) for parking. This was a first for me. When I asked about it front desk lady just said “it’s catching on”. Also, carpets seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in a bit. Gym seemed like machines hadn’t been wiped down.

Because of limited parking there were two gas engine cars parked in Electric Vehicle charging parking. This prevented guests from charging their electric vehicles!
