Good location and clean. Close to the university and nearby chain restaurants. The rooms are large enough the breakfast is included which makes it very convenient.
Negatives:
The breakfast was so so… it used to be great but the sausage is kind of terrible.. .not real breakfast sausage and they have no clue how to cook eggs. The beds need to be changed. We could feel the springs in the mattresses. We have been staying in this Hampton for at least a decade whenever we are in Flagstaff. It used to be fantastic. But now I would say it is just okay. The parking space issues need to be addressed.

The staff for breakfast was super nice! They kept everything in stock even with a lot of people. The bed and pillows really comfortable in the room- wished there was a bit more space in the room.

The breakfast area too cramped. The wagon area took a lot of space. The noise from the traffic outside was too loud. It is located off a very busy street and you can hear the cars all of the time
