The location and the reasonable price.
Negatives:
There was no heat in the room because the boiler system was cut off due to the fact they thought the weather would be warm. It turned out to be freezing cold in the room. On the second night stay, we asked and received a portable heater!

Let's see I paid --- bucks for an overnight stay it was super cold because the heater did not work I called corporate asked for a refund and all they want to give me back is 11 bucks refund..complete joke of a hotel

Approachable host/clerk during check in. Very busy first room not ready but quickly resolved to another room. I had made a last minute request they could not fulfill due to high demand. Nominal issue.
Negatives:
It was cold period. I wanted a refund because it was central air with a setting of 65. I didnt feel heat and the room door wasnt sealed. I had to bring my own heater which didnt actually heat the room just kept it above freezing.

The gentleman who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. He changed our room from a smoking room to a non-smoking one, even though we had mistakenly booked a smoking room. The rooms were very spacious.
Negatives:
We used the dryer on the bottom in the laundry room, but it didn't work properly and didn't dry our clothes well.

I made a mistake and booked a smoking room. The gentleman who checked me in kindly switched it to a non-smoking room without an added fee.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
When we turned on the A/C unit it smelled like smoke. Not sure what it was so we kept the unit off. It was somewhat uncomfortable during the night without some circulation.
Also, the light above the tub was flickering almost like a strobe light.
