Between Sunday, May 5th, 2024 at midnight and Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation between May 5 and May 6, you will still be charged for the full amount. After Monday, May 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Phoenix), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.
