Shuttle to the airport was not running during a time that was helpful to me. My flight left at 7:20AM and the shuttle did not start until 8AM.
My Marriott account was not able to be looked up with my email address and my phone number was not recognized.
The towels at the pool were very small.

It is dog, animal friendly but my sinuses and allergies are not. I was plugged up for the first 4 days.

For the first time in 10 years we were turned down for early check in. The front desk had no line and they stated we had to wait. It was 110 degrees and we had grandchildren. Not appreciated
