I really enjoyed the vibe of this hotel, despite the fact me and my spouse weren’t even allowed to check-in due to us needing to be 21 because of th bar.
Negatives:
I had made a reservation for me and my spouse for her birthday. We had packed everything up. And went on our way at 10pm. The lady in the front desk wasn’t rude but was very VERY inattentive with me. I had walked in & told her I had a reservation under my name. She looked me up in the system and had asked for my ID. She then told me that we wouldn’t be able to check in because I wasn’t 21 because of the bar even though I told her we weren’t planning to be at the bar there. I get it it’s their restriction and rules. But it makes no sense. Theirs a very easy fix to this aloft. Just have your bartenders ask for ID! Don’t exclude guests who are 18 just because your bar. Wanna make more money then let everyone welcomed 18+!!!
