Rooms could be much cleaner; lighting could be better. No in-room coffee is not acceptable. For a relatively new hotel it was shabby - scuffed walls. $300 a night was way too much for this no frills room.

Caulk around shower needed replacing. Pool wasn’t open and water was green. We expected to be able to use the pool. Very disappointing.

Like the minimalist feel of the decor. Unfortunately all was negated by the fumes from artificial cleaning products and deodorants.

We cannot stay at hotels...
Positives:
For an inclusive the breakfast was fine. The staff was very friendly.
Negatives:
We had problems with two light fixtures in the room. One fell off the wall. The other would only go on sporadically. The most pressing problem was the noise from the other room(s) around us. The hotel's location was under construction so we woke up to construction equipment doing what they do.

Positives:
Great people. Location right off the main interstate. Close to some restaurants and shopping. Cool design, which included a pool table and connect four in the lobby.
Negatives:
Only 3 pillows for a room with 2 adults. Most hotels have 4. And 2 of the pillows were square and not normal size. Alos the light on the ceiling blinked literally every 12 seconds.

We arrived at 5pm (check in at 3pm) but no rooms were available and had to wait another hour. The room we received was still dirty looked like they only put clean sheets and fresh towels but counters and floor were dirty.

it was fine, though I don't think the pancake maker was working the 1st day.
Housekeeping had us down for checkout the 1st day we were there, of a 4 day stay.
Requests and/or contact with housekeeping, in the hall, was otherwise pleasant.
Front Desk staff was pleasant.
Negatives:
Queen mattress was SOOOOOOOO uncomfortable.
floor flooded during showers.
toilet rocked.
dead baby cockroach on bathroom floor. Ice maker only in the lobby (not individual floors) was inconvenient. Child's play area was smaller than expected. Pool wasn't heated.

Our young lady that checked us in and then out the next morning had customer skills that were absolutely fabulous off the charts.
