Positives:
The breakfast and the staff were excellent. Checkin was smooth and quick and again an excellent staff.
Negatives:
The staff assisted us in selecting a restaurant for dinner. Only problem was the prepared map showing where each restaurant is had errors. We ended up just picking a restaurant that looked okay from the outside.

Positives:
Friendly check in, immaculate room, had an extra blanket for me as I requested. The hot tub could have been hooter, but it was lovely all the same, and so clean thaty it was squeky!
Negatives:
I wish that there was real 1/2 and 1/2 in the room instead of the powdered stuff for our morning coffee. I noticed that there was real 1/2 and 1/2 in the breakfast room...so would it be that hard to have it in the guest rooms?

We had a king suite which was a good size and very comfortable. It was nice that, although a cold night, the heating had been left on so it was very cosy. The only facility we took advantage of was the breakfast which provided a good choice and was served in an attractive setting.

It was one of the...
Positives:
The Location was amazing, very close to all that we were there to do. Use of the bikes was a great inclusion. The breakout space on level 2 with the pool table was good for my family.
Negatives:
We did not like that there was no fridge in the room. We had bought milk and a few supplies on our first day then we discovered there was no fridge. We used bags of ice to try and keep it cold but we ended up throwing it away. There was a brick wall outside our window (not your fault, but it should be advertised in the room details).

I was bitten by what looks like bed bug bites. I know the room wasn't cleaned well because there was a knife from whoever stayed there before us had left.
