Had the longest wait to get my keys even though I had a reservation. Only 1 person on staff. The towels were black. Don’t look clean at all. When I checked out I tried to hand my keys over and the person behind the desk was too busy looking at their phone to notice I was there.

The hotel needs work. The room door was stuck. I had to use the key and hit the door hard to open it. The bathroom door did lock, but it did not stay locked due to the wear on the striker plate on the door frame. It is very outdated for a Holiday. There are all the problems you would expect in an older hotel on the beach due to wood swelling.

Everything, I would not recommend this hotel, and I will not stay at this hotel in the future.
