We always enjoy our time at the Nautical. This trip was even better, since we had alot of family with us and the staff were able to get our rooms assigned very near each other, very much appreciated. All the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and stock well. Since it was October, there was not a large crowd. The lake was smooth and perfect all weekend. We noticed alot of improvements in progress and are looking forward to seeing what is added....

Our grandkids were interested in the pool, but a bit chilly for them, no ones fault, just the time of year.

The location is great, the beach and pool are closely located to the rooms. The staff was great all the way around

Our room was dated with popcorn ceilings and the faint smell of 30 years of beach goers, the toilet hardly big enough for a small person. Door handles and other things clunky and dated. There was confusion on room charges for myself, another guest checking out and our friends that stayed in their own room.

1) this hotel is old and not very clean. We didnt have water the first night and had to wait to almost midnight to be able to take a shower. The sink had a horrible smell. They have the old AC units so sleeping close to it is impossible its too close to the bed so you will freeze and if you turn it off too hot, the carpet was dirty the pillows uncomfortable. . I think this hotel can do better especially for the fees they charge.

Well, the restroom sink was clogged, it wouldnt drain and the room smelled like mildew/wet.

The beach was tight outside our hotel. There was a dock for your boat right outside the hotel so you could keep an eye out for it. It was very clean. The pool was sooooo clean!
